The following is a note I just sent off to LG.My advice is to stay far away from them if you think you might ever need customer no service.

>>I have just had three days of the worst customer service imaginable.First we contacted LG for warranty repair.After being on hold three times and jumping through all the required hoops,we were given a phone number for Best Services.Best Services is a complete joke and should be called Worst Service.After unkept promises of call backs after we provided all documentation by fax and email we finally gave up and returned the unit to Home Depot where we were given a new unit.Three cheers for HD and *** on both LG and their partner in crime,Best Services.

Monetary Loss: $600.
