MY LG REFRIGERATOR BROKE DOWN AFTER 2 YEARS.LG authorised technicians were called for repair and after waiting for lot of parts from different location problem was not solved.Finally they came to conclusion that compressor is broken and need to be replaced however they do not have the same in stock -compressor is in warranty (for 5 years).They informed me that only way out is I need to settle for compensation in exchange of this fridge as they have stopped manufacturing compressor of similar type.On asking I am offered compensation of 25% of new fridge cost ???!!!!.NOW without fault of mine I am suffering since last 1.5 month and now they are least interested in resolution.NOBODY from customer care is listening and directing to local representative who has even closed our ticket using his influence :-( LIFE IS GOOD ??- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LG AT ANY COST IF YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE GOOD
