Bought an LG range less than two years ago, while within the warranty period, the stainless on the stove suddenly rusted...stainless shouldn't rust. LG promptly replaced the area of concern.

Now, the door doesn't close right and has caused all the knobs on the front of the stove to malfunction, they actually fall off while using the gas. This isn't safe, especially with two small kids in the house. All I wanted was replacement knobs, they approved us for parts, no service. I literally had to pay for one of their approved technicians to come to my house and say that the knobs were faulty before they would send us new ones!!

After fighting repeatedly with their "executive service team" they finally agreed to send the knobs.

But let me say, their customer service team is one of the rudest and unhelpful I have ever encountered. Stay away from LG!
