I purchased a Bluetooth headset from LG in April 2015 and by September 2015, it started to fail me. I was about to scrap it when someone reminded me that it was still under warranty and I should contact them. The initial process was pleasant and a shipping label was sent with further instructions. I complied with all of the instructions and took my package to FedEx with the provided shipping label. Then the merry-go-round begin. I live in Dallas, TX and the return center is in Ft. Worth, TX--less than an hour away--so why the package had to be shipped to AL first is beyond me. When it finally reached the Ft. Worth destination, it sat for 2 days before it was even logged in. Calling customer service--located in the Phillipines --was a nightmare. They were rude, scripted and hung up on me twice when I requested the concern be elevated higher up. The chat service was no better. I still have not received a replacement and reaching anyone in the US seems to be nonexistent. The 1st headset I bought 2 yrs ago worked great, do when it malfunctioned, I still remained with the brand. I have since bought 2 that have not made a year and this is my 1st time dealing with the warranty. Never again. They do not stand behind their products and their warranties seem to be useless.

I have recently purchased the LG Infinim Bluetooth earphones on September 23, 2015. After having them for only 45 days I began to experience a shortage in the left earbud wire.

When I called customer service I had the exact same runaround, ship it back, hassle experience. I paid $150 for these at Sprint. Why couldn't I take it back to the Sprint store and get another one? Why make you go through the manufacturer to get them replaced under warranty?

Having to send them in first by FEDEX GROUND and wait 9 days which is two weeks when you consider the weekend days to get another device...if they deem that it is under manufacturer's warranty is too long and a hassle. Not good LG you should stand behind your product in a more timely manner than that. Especially a device that costs $150 which is at the premium end of Bluetooth devices. Listen I understand things break and I'm not expecting LG to be perfect, but the Premium price of your product should coincide with the level of premium customer service that you provide.

How about an overnight package so that your premium customers do not have to wait so long to receive another device?

Let's see if LG responds to my complaint. I am sending them this complaint.

Our ice-maker was not working so my wife called LG and they were not friendly or customer service oriented. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. After a while of the phone they said someone would be out to fix it in a couple of days. After a few more phone calls they came out and fixed it. The man fixing the refrigerator said there was a recall on the refrigerator but LG never mentioned it. The next day (Christmas) the entire refrigerator did not work (both frig and freezer) and we lost food. Called day after Christmas and employee said he would contact service and call us back by 9:30. He never did. I called service and they said they could come out but I need to contact LG to send work order. Called back and in the notes it said that the service company was closed even though I had already talked to them. Now have to wait three days to have it fixed. When you call you get a call center well trained in not supporting the customer. Focus of LG is selling and making more money, not customer service or selling a quality product.

LG Ok. French door frig. I remodeled my kitchen and designed around an upcoming purchase of all LG products- top of the LG line- French door frig- microwave- electric range- dishwasher- washer - and dryer. Dishwasher broke- it was melting the rubber sealing - leaking-- After 6 visits I gave up and threw it in a trash dumpster and bought another brand. Micro-wave stopped working. Replaced the computer board 4 tines and then was told they did not make parts anymore and offered a settlement of $300 on what originally cost $1,200 and was 2 years old with an extended warranty from Home Depot. I purchased another brand. Now refrigrator stopes cooling. After 4 trips by LG technicians and parts shipped 3 times, I was told they did not make the parts anymore and offered me a settlement of $800 on what cost $3,800 four years ago. Warranty states 7 years on closed system compressor. No help from LG or the extended warranty with Home Depot. Washer needed 4 seals repaired and took six weeks to get that done. Electric range dining ok, but I am holding my breath. I assuming if one buys ANY appliance from LG paying for the top of their line, you can only use them for 3-4 years and then they cannot be repaired and deemed unusable! No parts! Parts not made to repair the product. I spent around $10,000.00 for new appliances -LG- and three years later they are unusable and heading to the trash dump. Consumer relations witb LG are poor at the least. We got your money- you got screwed! Also he very aware of Home Depot, their appliances support, and extended warranties! Another screw job. Well, live and learn.

Bought new LG oven/stove model#LRE30451SB, after two years some of the burners stopped working consistently, for the last year the oven sometimes turns on, sometimes does not, not all the numbers work on panel now andsometimeswe haveto turn it off at the breaker to get it to go off! I will never buy another LG appliance and am now in the market for a stove once again! I researched a bit and seethere arenumerous compaints about the control panel and to no satusfaction! Also, the black painted surface of the control panel started flaking off at about a year old!

شغل لبر سلم ولبس شغا شركة محترمة مما اضر بالمظهر العام بالثلاجة ورغم ذلك العيب الرءيسى لم يتم اصلاحه وعندما اردت استبدال الثلاجة رغم عدم مرو خمسة اشهر على الشراء والشركة لاتستجيب والخط الساخن يرفضالتحويل لاى مسئول

I am really unhappy after buying a TV of Rs 1,50,000 of LG. I had bought this TV 1 year back from Vijay Sales Pune. My warranty expired in the end of June. I was out of station and when I returned I see that my HD usb is not working. When I called the customer sevice represetative from LG. He informed me that the main board of the TV is spoilt due to the Set top box provided by my cable operator. When I asked him to send me in writing that the problem is due to the Set top box, he refused to do so and also refused to answer my calls. On top of that he started cross selling stating that I should buy a 2 year warranty of Rs 34000. Should I just keep spending my money on such products? On the other hand when my friend faced a problem on Purchasing a TV from Sony, he got splendid service. I am totally unsatisfied and if you do not come up with a solution I will be forced to move the court. Let me know at the earliest.

I have purchased an LG dishwasher(LD2131SH). It started to make a big noise and i had the bearings replaced. A short while later it made the same noise. I called the helpline who said that it is a common problem. When I went to Greenstone they also said it is a common problem and were changing about 20 motors a week. LG has also changed the motor because of a faulty seal that also could not be bought. I have been told by LG that it is like a factory fault and were replacing the motors under warranty. unfortunately my warranty is over and being a factory fault I have to replce it myself. I wrote to LG, saying that I had it fixed and would like some sort of compensation, I was then told to book a service home call. Which to me does not make sense, cos the machine is already fixed. I also checked the unhappy/ get back to me button but to date there has been no response from Lg. I would like a response from LG> To date, I have had a response from Monica on the 01/06/2012 who could not give me an answer and promised that a manager would contact me..... still waiting Preggy Naidoo preggyn@yahoo.com 0823986579

I have a 42" LG TV that has a mind of its own. It scrolls through the entire on-screen memory all by itself even lowers the volume to 0 without pressing a single button! At first LG's customer service said "its more than a year old so its out of guarantee". I was happy to prove to them that they not only produce faulty goods that do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act but they are liars as well. Why? well the guarantee is for two years! When this was pointed out they claimed that guarantee are provided as goodwill. Really! Try reading various official websites and you'll find that a gurantee is a legal contract once it is issued. So LG do you think you are above the law? Best advice to potential customers is watch LG because if they can shirk their legal reponsibilities - the'll make an eel look as sold is a rock! (excuse the mixed metaphors)

Try taking the batteries out of the remote. The remote may be erroneously sending signals to the TV. If it stops you have your answer.

Hi, This is Vinoth and I had purchased an LG LCD TV 32" on NOV-2009 and my TV got repaired (no video displayed except the gray dots) exactly after the next month of the warranty period. When talked to the LG customer care, I was told your TVs display panel is gone and it would cost around Rs. 12000/-. Though I asked them is this the brand/quality that LG possess and I was answered "YES" by the service center head authority and customer care floor manager and moreover I logged a complaint and still waiting (this is the 17th day) to get it repaired/serviced. SO GUYS IF ANYBODY PLAN TO GET A LCD TV NEVER EVER DARE TO BUY LG BRAND. You might get a better brand and quality service from other vendors. Treat this as my personal request. Regards, Vinoth Kumar

this is a scam....they lure you to purchase the product saying there is huge rebate but when you apply for the same they will give you reason why you dont qualify for it....i submitted my claim form (SGBS0004606) in October expecting they will send in 8-10 weeks (as stated in their form)...i did waited and when i called them they gave me excuse that they never received any letter or mail...and therefore they cannot give me the credit.....dont ever purchase from any rebate deals....they will just loot you like muggers....Stay Away.. & dont BUY....They dont even have a complaint email address or person whom you can speak to....worst service.... i think LG is spoiling their name by doing this....will never purchase any LG product with or without rebates...
