LG Washers Rusting | Lg Electronics review from Houston, Texas

I have 2 Top loader wash machines. Both are rusting. We need to take this to Wall Street & Shut LG Down. They have got to Greedy, producing Cheap Quality Machines & reaping rich rewards. They nee to replace or Refund the cost of these JUNK Machines. I have heard all their bull of wiping the machine etc. Bunch of Crap. LG needs should be given the Boot. I am pissed with this disgraceful acts of LG, ripping Innocent consumers like us. Being fooled with their Adds. I am sure there are more consumers out there with the same issues. I have Lost confidence with LG & their Bogus Costumer Service. Thanks Fred Moses

Will never buy an LG product ever again | Lg Electronics review from Houston, Texas

I have had a smart TV for approx. 6 years. The magic remote that came with it gave me some issues at first. I called in costumer service they helped me reset it and said that it would not happen again. Now the remote is not connecting to the TV and upon calling costumer service representative Jam she said it would 69 dollars for a new remote. This remote never woke properly. LG to my opinion is not costumer satisfaction oriented. Once they get your money they are done with you. Never again will buy an LG product for my house or would recommend any of my friend to get anything LG.

Plasma tv no power only clicking | Lg Electronics review from Houston, Texas

I purchased a LG50PA4500 plasma tv in 2012 and it stopped working over 8 months ago, so it lasted less than 3 years. The television will not power on and there is only a clicking sound with a small red blinking light in the rear when plugged into an electrical outlet. From reading numerous blogs and other sites, I understand this may be a common issue. Will never purchase another LG product and will trash this one because repairs through LG is only warranted for 3 months. The tv is a purchased from Fry’s Electronics.

On January 15th, 2015 I purchased a LG 60 Plasma television from Microcenter located 5305 S Rice Ave, Houston, TX 77081. On June 27th, 2015 the television went out. A call was placed to LG support on June 28th. A service call was sent to a local vendor to come out and replace a part on July 7th. The technician determined that a different part was need and an order was placed. A new appointment was scheduled for July 14th. I received a call on 9th, from the local repair vendor that the part was on back order and may not be received until the July 27th, 2015 and they will be out on the July 29th. After speaking with LGs customer service department, it was determined that the part is on further back order. Proof of purchase information has been sent to both LG and the local repair vendor. All need information has been provided to the EXECUTIVE SUPPORT, yet I still don’t have my television fixed or replaced. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE MY SET? I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. EVERYTHING IS CONTINOUSLY BEING PUSHED OUT. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A RESOLUTION BEFORE FOOTBALL SEASON STARTS. 3 yrs old 25ft french door fridge. Family of 4 so it is normal usage. It stopped working, LG repairman after 89+tax said its because of frost build up - "just unplug it and leave it for 8-10 hours - plug it back it will start working". After 8 hours plugged it back its not cooling and not 1 drop of water is visible due to frost melting as result of his diagnosis/. Its Friday before Memorial weekend, 2 small children, LG can not get anybody out to fix the fridge - talked to supervisor and possibly the earliest they can get someone out is in 5 days. Called another repair company - said $200/hour plus parts if they have it. So went out and bought a small basic fridge for $400 fridge from sears. This is only 3 years old fridge, there is a reason they call these durable goods. will never buy LG again. I have another horror story about their(LG) washing machine which I bought at the same time as the fridge which stopped working 2 years after purchase. DO NOT BUY LG

My LG G2 from Sprint and my quick remote. I have tried setting up the remote on 5 different tv's and even went to stores and tried it on several others. I can't get the quick remote to work with any tv besides 1 smart tv. I go to program and hit the power over and over again even went to universal remote option. I got Sprint and LG can get together and up date this annoyance with the phone soon I can finally use my phone to a 100% full potential and not it weak 90%. Please resolve this problem LG so I can enjoy my Sprint service.

Purchased a $2000.00 double oven gas range with center grill. | Lg Electronics review from Houston, Texas

After calling and having over 4 techs come to my home, for over 4 months. I find out that it is manufacture defect. two burners are not working properly and the center 8x17 inch burner used as a grill is not to be used as a grill but a warmer! Really? warranty until Dec. 15 2014. Support team at LG informed me that there is nothing they can do. I have to use the CAST IRON GRILL, as a warming burner. As they will not replace, they never replace. Talked to customer service over 6 times and they finally tell me that they cannot or will not do anything, because their tech says everything is fine, the grill is supposed to work as warming burner only.

I have a brand new built-in microwave that sounds like a train or a foghorn when it runs. Something is very wrong. | Lg Electronics review from Houston, Texas

When I called customer service to schedule a repair to my microwave, I was told this was a "carry in warranty only." In other words, I'm supposed to uninstall my built-in over, carry it to the car, carry it into a repair place 25 miles from my home, go without my microwave for days, even weeks, and that is their policy. I told them I would have never purchased a built-in appliance from them if I had known they did not have in-home repair for an appliance that failed within the first 90 days. I am very unhappy with this customer service. It's ridiculous not to have a repair service call to someone's home when an appliance bigger than a toaster oven has failed.
