LG is sending someone out for the 4th time to fix my refrigerator after four months of it being repaired again and again. I had a "certified" company attempt to prior to contacting them directly.

LG was supposed to contact me by last Friday with a date for the tech to come to my house. Nobody called. I contacted them on Monday. They set up a tech on Tuesday.

The technician canceled after waiting 4 hours for him to arrive. LG has me on hold again. This is the 4th or 5th time today. They can't seem to get anyone there in a timely matter.

Elevated to a supervisor who said that she would call me back. No call.

Life is not good right now. Aggravated!

We are having the same problem with LG. They have terrible customer service.

We can't even get an appointment. They NEVER call back. Been waiting 2 weeks now.

Horrible Horrible Company. I won't be buying another LG product.
