LG is sending someone out for the 4th time to fix my refrigerator after four months of it being repaired again and again. I had a "certified" company attempt to prior to contacting them directly.
LG was supposed to contact me by last Friday with a date for the tech to come to my house. Nobody called. I contacted them on Monday. They set up a tech on Tuesday.
The technician canceled after waiting 4 hours for him to arrive. LG has me on hold again. This is the 4th or 5th time today. They can't seem to get anyone there in a timely matter.
Elevated to a supervisor who said that she would call me back. No call.
Life is not good right now. Aggravated!
