My first Nexus got the bootloop problem after 1.5 years and of course the warranty was already expired. I decided to give Google another chance and I purchased the Nexus 5X.

After 1.5 years the phone got again in the bootloop. Bootloop is a very well known problem experienced by many users around the world. Google denied all the responsibility and sent me to LG. It took a month for LG to fix the problem, without changing any piece.

Basically LG gave me back the same phone with high probability to have the same bootloop problem soon.

In conclusion: LG sells terrible products, LG keeps selling products with clear and well know hardware issues, LG customer service is one of the worst I have experienced in my life, LG repair service took way too long (they promise two weeks and it took double the time). I won't buy any more product from LG ever!
