Tried to get free netflix code for a Year from purchase promotion in October 2012. Phone calls are answered.
Unable to handle situation when called. LG stated they would call right back. Same took several weeks. Still could not fix problem.
Sounded like I was speaking to someone in India. Weeks Later- I had to call back, spoke with another person who still could not handle situation. Spoke to supervisor who still could not handle situation. Same stated that she would send and email to another person to see if I had any recourse.
After 12-31-12 they said the codes expired. They called back and tried to tell me my tv was a different tv model.
