i bought a LG washer in 2016. a lil while ago the agitator and cap came loose and fell off.

Called the store where I purchased the product and explained to them what had happened. They sent me the website to show me a recall for that model and part. Called LG customer service and all they have done is give me the run around, asking for a bunch of info they already had. All in all they told me their was no recall and I had to pay for part.

Very expensive part. Can't figure out why they are satisfied with selling a bad product.

Very disappointed. The customer service personnel are very short on knowledge and act like they really don't care about the consumer or what kind of product they put out.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: fix my washing machine that should have never broken. free of charge. your products are not cheap. just the quality.

I didn't like: Product quality and lack of professional customer service.
