Bought my LG Model 60 F7700-UJ 5 years ago and was just told one week ago that as of 06-04-2019 LG would no longer be supporting the HULU and other applications. I had been watching Hulu for several weeks.
No reason given and just that model. Then signed up with Amazon Prime Video and LG would not run it either. The Amazon tech had to contact the LG tech and together they got it working and then the LG tech had to do a Factory reboot on my TV. Needless to say it didn't reboot correctly and the next time I turned it on had to contact LG.
When I called the LG support I got the Just Answer line and they wanted my credit card number to charge me $1 to correct my LG problem. I backed out of that. What the heck is LG doing?
Driving all of its customers away? And my TV is still not working right.
