OMG!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS THE UPMOST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED TO HAVE MY REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED, THEY HAVE NO SERVICE IN MY CITY SO THEY SAID I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEIR AUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICE. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER, I CALLED BACK TO ADVISE THEM THE NUMBER WAS INCORRECT I WAS PUT ON HOLD THEN DISCONNECTED. I CALLED BACK THE SAME LADY GAVE ME ANOTHER WRONG NUMBER.

I HAD THIS LG REFRIGERATOR LESS THAN 5 YEARS AND THE COMPRESSOR IS OUT NOW I CAN'T GET IT FIXED BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO SERVICE REPAIR IN MY AREA OR THEY HAVE WRONG PHONE NUMBERS FOR THEIR SO-CALLED AUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICE.

I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION CAUSE I'M PISSED, ALL MY FOOD IS RUINED AND I HAVE NO REFRIGERATOR!!! STAY AWAY FROM LG PRODUCTS...

I am going through the same thing right now. My refrigerator is 3 years old and just died.

No one with in 50 miles to service. I have to wait until next week for them to "force" someone to come out if they can. I told them we are in our 70's and covid is rampant in our area.

We do not go out. They could care less.

After filing a complaint, they finally repaired my unit under "RECALL" since they are aware that their refrigerator had bad compressors, (It was all over the news). I complaint because I was not notified of the compressor issue and it was still under warranty.

File a complaint with Consumer Protection and they will respond, at least they responded to my review. They were nice about responding and getting somone out to repair it for me and its still working. Have to see for how long, hopefully without going out again. I had to go ut and buy a small refrigerator until they repair mines which was a hassel.

My advice is to write your review using Consumer Protection becaue if its only been 3 years, they should repair it. Good-luck

Yes!! I Have tried reaching out to LG on multiple occasions.

Between our LG electronics, washer and dryer and all of the appliances in our home, everything is LG. Dryer drum completely separated, as in it cracked at the weld points. This was a top of the line unit, the most expensive option Best Buy offered. Luckily warranty covered it but it was a giant pain.

I had never had a dryer do that let alone one that was practically new. Washer broke out of warranty more times than I can count, LG refused to help. After spending more in repairs than the dryer was worth, I gave up and bought the cheapest Amana I could find and itโ€™s been an amazing washer for years. Now after my ice machine breaking, and now the refrigerator no longer cooling I paid $95 just for the repair guy to tell me the compressor is broken and it will cost $1,100 to fix??????

I tried to ask for an out of warranty exception from LG given my loyalty but they refused! You think after spending over $10,000 in electronics and appliances they would appreciate me as a customer more. They offered to send a tech out to repair at 100% my cost or give me a 20% discount on another fridge!!!!

Never again LG!!! Iโ€™m embarrassed by how much money I have spent with you and how many customers Iโ€™ve sent to you!
