LG fridge stopped working. LG said the would have tech come out today between 8 and 5.
Around 2:30 I called LG to get an update. The said the work order was cancelled w/o reason. They assured me they would escalate the problem and have a resolve within 30 minutes. I then got an e-mail stating a tech couldn't come out till Saturday (3 days out).
When I called the tech's number they said they don't work on Sat., when I further explained the problem they said they don't have a tech in our area that handles cooling problems. I then called LG back and was told they would have to have the tech formally cancel the work order before they could do anything further. The manager went on to say it would be 24 to 48 hours.
I said that was unacceptable. I have wasted an entire day and still no repairs!!!
