I purchased an LG Gram computer and it has required service twice within 5 months. The second time the computer needed service the parts are back ordered for over 2 months.

I requested a refund and was told I would receive a phone call within 3 to 5 days. After not hearing from them for a week I called and requested the refund again. The service department said they had no record of the prior request so they said they would submit the refund request again and it will take 3 to 5 days to receive a response. That was a week ago.

Today I called and the service department said that only a replacement was requested and it would be another 3 to 5 days AGAIN that I would be contacted. I am now out $2000 and have NO computer and NO refund.

Does anyone else want to file a Class Action lawsuit against LG?

Lg Electronics Cons: Defective product no support from lg, Doesnt honor warranty.
