Atrociously bad service from LG.
Complaint registered for fridge not working on 8th Jan 2020 at 5.45 am.
After making reminder call to customer care number, they were most unhelpful. Simply kept repeating 'within 24 hours you will get a call.
Finally after 30 hours your technician came at 11.30 am on 9th Jan, told it's a gas leak fault and went away saying it's a different department.
After insisting several times, e gave the phone numbers of team leader Jebaraj (917676****) and Vishnu. Vishnu (893994**** )was very, very casual, saying it will take another 2 days.
Vishnu sounded like e couldn't care less, customer can go and jump in a well, that's his attitude. This is shocking, disgusting and appalling, I regret having bought an LG product thinking it would be value for money.
Worst service I ever seen in my life, I'm a senior citizen, aged 65.
Jebaraj is another completely useless representative of LG.
They don't give a damn, that's their attitude.
